Up to 5 email addresses are included in your initial website. These can be any address you wish; can be changed at anytime, and are all accessable through your own mail.yourdomain.com web-mail, or you have the option to use a POP email client like Outlook if you wish. Email can also be configured for forwarding, autoresponders (with attachments if desired), etc...

Additional email addresses may be purchased for a one-time charge of $2.99US each.

Our customer service and support has been voted outstanding by our clients. We offer free tutorials at least once a month and also provide one on one support for those clients that need a little extra assistance. Each website comes with 1 hour of free 1-on-1 telephone support for the first 30-days. After the first 30-days, 10 minutes of 1-on-1 telephone support is included each month thereafter. Support and training via email is unlimited at this point in time, but may change in the future. Additional phone support and training packages are outlined below.

We offer hourly support packages above and beyond our free basic support for those that would like longer 1-on-1 training or web configuration.
